My Renault app, remote unlocking? Pre-conditioning?

Looking at an Austral in UK. I'm wondering if via the app, My Renault I think, can you remote unlock the car, when not in distance of normal key unlocking?

Also can you use pre-condition the car whereby it starts remotely and warm up before getting in car. Handy for winter, as it doesn't seem to have a heated windscreen.

What else can the app do? Is it a subscription service? I'll be buying used so 23/24 reg.

The app does not allow any remote start/warm up. It can locate the car, flash the lights, and shows millage and fuel levels but in kilometres and litres!

I concur that the app is utterly pointless. It offers nothing I cannot really do with the key when in range. I suspect it's just a marketing ploy by Renault
