Drivers seat memory settings

Hi all
Have a new Australe iconic hybrid and I’m in discussion with Renault as I only have one seat setting for the driver and two for the passenger !!! , as if it’s left hand drive, anyone else have or had this problem

I do have several settings (one for each profile) for the driver seat. Irish car, RHD.
