I'm in the market to purchase a new car and having looked at various brands and models I can't get past how good the renault Austral is, for a multitude of reasons. I've researched this car to death and I'm sold on the iconic esprit alpine. I'm not gona buy new because I want the 4Control, which has now ended up on the Rafale. Therefore a '73/'24 plate depending on price.
I require a tow bar for my bikes but the dealer I spoke to new nothing of the electric towbar offered by Renault. They were selling it for £1200 supplied and fitted at his branch (Toomey Basildon) but he mentioned that this would have to be installed at build and couldn't be retro fitted. I've since found them on Glyn Hopkins website (Romford) for £745 with free delivery which indicates they can be retro fitted. Has anyone had the factory tow bar fitted or know anything about them?
Any info or help would be much appreciated.
