So only had the car a couple of days but first impressions are very good.

I do seem to have something strange going on with the fuel gauge though. The dealer put fuel in (I drove it to the garage) and all seemed to be fine. The range remaining was gradually counting down as expected.

As the dealer didn’t fill the tank I decided to fill it up yesterday. Since doing this, the gauge hasn’t updated to show the new level and the range is still counting down as though I hadn’t put any fuel in.

Anyone else seen anything similar?

Do you fill it full or just put a little in? I had other cars where I only put £10 in and it made no difference on the fuel gauge. Not put a small amount in my Austral yet to see the difference.

I filled it up. Fuel gauge was showing about half a tank before filling.

So just a quick update on this. Spoke to the garage and they believe it is likely to be a sticky float causing incorrect readings. It seem to have cured itself but just going to get it checked over fully anyway
