Rear seat removal

Does anybody know how to remove the rear seat? (cushion part where you are seated) My dog puked in the car and there is a pile in the space between the two seats which I can see at the bottom (10 cm?). Disgusting. I bet the only way I can reach it properly is by removing the whole seat. Thanks!
