Re: Creamy sludge under oil filler cap.

Creamy sludge under oil filler cap.

I also removed the filler cap to find a generous quantity of white creamy sludge in the Oil filler neck. Now I ain't seen this in a car for many many years, and it was generally a sympt...

Re: Interesting dealer visit

What a good insight. Makes you want to be a little more patient than what we sometimes are when we visit the dealerships.

Interesting dealer visit

In order to resolve some Software glitches on my new Austral, which I have described on other Pages, I, today had a provisional visit to the dealership and chatted to a very helpful service Guy and described my problems to him. Before I left Home I had gone into the car Menu system and clicked on th...

Re: Regeneration mode. Two things please.

As you know from my comments above I cannot understand why the re-gen paddles are identified in reverse to what you would think they should be. Maybe in France Positive is less and negative is more....who knows. When you look at the many official Renault Austral help guide videos on you tube and car...

Google maps driver display switching off.

Today I connected my phone to Android auto using a cable as my phone is only partly compatible with the wireless A auto set up. The A Aut...

Re: google map displays

I too switched off the auto brightness screen setting and set the brightness manually which cured the annoying flicking between a brighter and dimmer display. Mine was on both screens.
However another glitch appeared today which i will cover in a separate thread.
